Do you crave a really good hamburger without unnecessary additives and quality meat? One of Brygghuset’s specialties is the Börstorp burger, which many of our guests travel several miles to sink their teeth into.

Our talented chef Rami prepares an average of 100 Börstorp burgers per week, and during the summer months that number increases significantly. The hamburger that draws guests and visitors from all around to make a pilgrimage to Brygghuset is made with local, dry-aged meat from Börstorp, and the vegetables are organically grown by local farmers. That’s how we like to cook—homemade from scratch with local ingredients that benefit the community and the environment. The juicy burger is served with crispy french fries and our own burger dressing.
